Relax, unwind, and enjoy the spectacular mountain views, sunsets, and starry skies right from the hot tub. Cozy up by the fire pit under the stars on a cool desert night. Feel one with nature while benefitting from modern amenities! Only a 3 minute drive to town and a 10 minute drive to the main park entrance.

Desert Wild is a two bedroom, two bathroom oasis with a pool and hot tub located in the safe residential neighborhood of South Joshua Tree. We are a 10 minute drive from the West entrance of Joshua Tree National park and a 5 minute drive to the downtown shops, cafes and galleries. Desert Wild is a place to unwind, relax and enjoy the slow pace of the desert. We invite you to cool off in our pool after hiking, soak in our bath and enjoy the cactus garden, or star gaze from our hot tub at night.

The smaller structure houses an open-air bedroom that offers views of the mountains and is perfect for stargazing. It also has an indoor bedroom underneath. Our cabin is a fully restored homestead cabin located in a very remote area down a private dirt road surrounded by acres of protected unspoiled desert land and very few neighbors. We are a 10 minute drive to local hot spots, & less than 15 minutes to downtown Joshua Tree. The cabin sits on 5 acres with 360 pano views, dark stargazing skies, breathtaking sunrises + sunsets, and endless desert beauty. This cabin was reimagined for those looking to reset and reconnect to their wildish nature.

Life is peaceful in this modern craftsman cabin on 5 acres. Enjoy the hot tub on a dark sky property. Play the studio upright Steinway. Listen to vinyl (or Bluetooth) on the proper audiophile stereo. Watch movies on the 80” projector. Enjoy 360 degree views of open desert and mountains on the porch with a sketch pad or a book. Enjoy the best part of Joshua Tree (the rural part). Leave worries and noise in town. Yucca, 29, and JTNP all 15-30 mins away, and you won't hear any of it from here.
