The best breakfast spot and Italian restaurant in town are right across the street :-) A bakery/coffee shop, yoga studio, laundromat, bodega and salon are all less than a minutes' walk away. Here, cleanliness is guaranteed and the shower is always hot!

I do not except emotional support animals at all for medical reasons. Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom bungalow, just a 5-minute ride to downtown. Back deck & gazebo with fireplace for outdoor fun. Great-room concept, vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, slider to deck. New kitchen with concrete counters and bar counter. Charming front porch, private backyard. King bed. Stores and restaurants are easy walking distance. I have changed the ac system since any bad reviews.

Everyman's House in Westnedge Hill

Located in Westnedge Hill right on the edge of downtown. Just 1.5 miles to the heart of downtown Kalamazoo. It's a 1926 Colonial with a rich history. Well taken care of and very loved. The house has 2 bedrooms up stairs and a 3rd on the main floor. Wood floors throughout. Has a semi private deck off the back for relaxing with a small fenced in back yard under a canopy of trees. Everyman's house has been declared a Historic Home in Kalamazoo.
