A beautiful and unique mountains escape with 6.5 acres of gardens to enjoy! Featuring a tennis court, a secret garden, meandering pathways to explore, a huge trampoline and a swing set for kids (and kids at heart), and seasonal gardens. Perfect base to explore the mountains or just have a relaxing weekend enjoying the house and grounds. NB the tennis court is great for a fun game, but not professional standard, and the piano is very old and out of tune and not playable (other than for fun).

It is on the lower level of Fernleigh, a lovely home on the edge of the magnificent Blue Mountains National Park. Recharge on the crisp mountain air, relax in the peaceful neighbourhood, just 7 minutes drive to Leura and Katoomba or a 37 minute walk from Katoomba Station.

You’ll love my place because of its old world charm and warmth, the ambience, the outdoors space, the nice surroundings, the fresh air and the feel of the mountains. My place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families with older children.
