Our home is 70 metres away but your space is private with a view down the vineyard. Outside, there is a traditional, wood-burning hot tub, covered eating area with bbq and wood-fired, table-top pizza oven and an electric wall heater…all lit with festoon lighting. Extremely private hut set within 15 acres of wilderness to relax in the remotest part of Kent with direct access into the beautiful valley. Most guests visit us to shut the world out. Located on a quiet working farm our hut has beautiful uninterrupted countryside views and is situated in it's own field with peaceful surroundings that make it feel very private. The large patio doors opening onto the outside seating area, the wood burner and the underfloor heating all make for a comfortable stay at any time of the year!

Our shepherds hut is only 200 metres from the most picturesque High Street in Kent , with cafes, bars and restaurants, a great base to travel out to all Kent and Sussex has to offer.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
