Sunrise Tides River Retreat sits on 13 acres of property on the Mattaponi River - a freshwater river that is perfect for relaxing, swimming, fishing, and taking in the gorgeous scenery at any time of year! The home is modern yet comfortable with four bedrooms plus a MUST SEE bunk room with four bunks and its own living space - sure to be a hit with the kids! Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, office space, Wifi, TVs in the living room and every bedroom.

The bathroom which is located on the first floor. Apartment is up a flight of stairs above the garage. Plenty of parking. EV charger available. We have self check in and the host is extremely flexible.. We welcome all tenants! The Birds Nest is a perfect getaway destination for relaxing and fun.
