From our quiet, sun filled valley you can drive to many fantastic nearby sandy beaches or there's a flat walk to town where you can catch a ferry to Salcombe. Use this as your base to enjoy local walking, biking, SUP, surf, kite, food & beer. The accommodation is open plan styled in a modern yet comfortable way. We have some cold beers waiting in the fridge for you as well as other treats & essentials.

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. A peaceful, secluded, light, bright and warm cabin, surrounded by fields with horses, countryside views, a mile and a half outside of picturesque Slapton, Slapton Lea Nature reserve and the beach. The cabin has a sofa, table and chairs, TV, small kitchen area and a cosy bedroom at the back with a double bed and bunks. It is on the edge of our playing field area and has its own fenced garden space. The bathroom; shower, toilet and basin are in the building next door (@20 yards).
