Parkplatz vor dem Haus Keine anderen Gäste Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Föhn sind vorhanden. In der Küche sind Kochgeschirr und Besteck, Geschirrspüler, Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Nespressomaschine, Filterkaffeekanne, Teekanne, Gewürze, Öl, Essig, Bücherschrank mit vielen Spielen, auch für Kinder. Unser Highlight: ein beheizter Pool, der im Winter als Whirlpool genutzt wird – mit Fernblick über die Alpen und Nähe zu Graz. Ob Erholungstrip oder Stadturlaub, hier findet man alles, was das Herz begehrt. Der Wohnraum bietet 2+2 Betten (inkl. Komfort-Sofa). Direkt nebenan liegt das Fitnessstudio, das mit Schmoltis Chalet genutzt wird. Auch unsere Alpakas freuen sich auf euren Besuch!

LA PERLITA Blockhouse suburbs of Graz

Our blockhouse is a comfortable oasis for people who wish to spend relaxing days in the nature. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace and your own private garden. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.

Auf einer Seehöhe von ca. 600 Meter, am Ende einer Sackstraße, umgeben von Natur findest du unser Ferienhäuschen. Obwohl mitten im Wald, bist du nur ca. 10 km vom nächsten Supermarkt, Tankstelle,... entfernt. In unserer schnelllebigen Zeit soll dies ein Plätzchen sein um Zeit in der Natur und Ruhe genießen zu können. Während deines Aufenthaltes freuen wir uns über einen Besuch bei uns am Bio Schusterbauerhof - La Paca (ca. 10 Autofahrminuten vom Häuschen entfernt)

It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!
