Cozy Country cabin Jr is overlooking the water in a serene and peaceful setting, take your coffee out on the deck and enjoy the wildlife.Catch and release fishing is permitted and there is a paddle boat and a v bottom available, in the summer there is swimming and You will be renting the entire cabin but the pond will be shared by tenants if the large cabin is booked.The pond is approximately 2 3/4 acres so there is lots of space,our grandchildren have permission to swim there in the summertime

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this convenient location is a short walk to the local pub, a beautiful 18 hole challenging public golf course in the community, 45 minutes to Amish Country, 5 mi. Kenyon College & Mt. Vernon, and 25 minutes to Mohican State Park. No lake privileges. No parties allowed.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. While this cottage is the perfect getaway for you and the family, its location makes it easy to get around. You are only: 20 min from Mohican State Park 20 min from Snowtrails Ski Resort 20 min from MVNU 25 min from Kenyon College Cozy up with a book by the fire or spin a vinyl with a glass of wine. Enjoy the lake with provided kayaks and be sure to bring your fishing pole. Soak in the hot tub and roast marshmallows over the outdoor fire pit.

Updates include new custom kitchen with concrete counters and stainless steel appliances, new bathroom with walk in shower. Cozy 2 bedroom home is located directly on the Kokosing river thought to translate from the Algonquin Indians and mean “River of the Little Owls.” The cabin is a short distance to Kenyon College, Apple Valley lake, Ohio Amish country and tons and tons of great parks, hiking trails, bike trails and hunting. We are pet friendly (additional $50 per stay, maximum 2 pets).

Beautiful all wood cabin in country side setting; 7 miles from Mohican State Park; 8 miles from Malabar Farm State Park; 13 miles from Snow Trails Ski Resort. Three bedrooms with full kitchen and one bathroom and washer/dryer facilities. Hiking, horse back riding, canoeing and public hunting at Mohican State Park and skiing & tubing at Snow Trails Ski Resort. Easy access from Interstate 71, SR 97, SR 95 and SR 3. Enjoyable place of relaxation in the country for those from all backgrounds.

Located in a historic district of Mount Vernon, the Carriage House has been renovated to infuse modern conveniences with historic charm. Just blocks from downtown, the Carriage House is 2 miles from Mt Vernon Nazarene University and 5.5 miles from Kenyon College. The Carriage House features a master suite in the loft with a comfy queen size bed and a separate sitting area with a 55" TV. The main level also has a youth suite in the transformed garage that kids and teens will love!

Tranquility Cottage

When you stay here the whole house is yours. You do not share any of the space here at Tranquility Cottage.. We are very close to the village of Gambier which is where Kenyon College is located. Apple Valley golf course is 5 minutes away open to public. Mohican State park and canoeing is 20 minutes away in the beautiful village of Loudonville. Lots of fun shops there too. Amish country is approximately an hour away. Historic Roscoe village is also approximately an hour away.

Located right on Apple Valley Lake just outside of Mt Vernon, OH this 2250sqft house is recently remodeled has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths 2 levels and is beautiful. You can enjoy our dock and go swimming or paddle boarding or just relax and fish. On the main floor is a card room perfect for family games, kitchen with walk out to 2nd story deck and 3 season room, living room with TV, and master bedroom with a private deck and fireplace. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms and fireplace.
