It is insulated, has a ceiling fan and air-conditioning. There is an additional wall fan in the bathroom and a clothes hanger for your convenience. No smoking on the property.

The Cabin is located on a 5 acre block in Leanyer. The top acre is laid out in tropical setting with the rest planted out with native plants visited by lots of native animals and birds. Our place is only 2 minutes to a supermarket, 5 minutes to a local large shopping centre and 20 minutes to Darwin CBD. The bathroom is a shared facility with other guests. Lounge, tv, dining area, kitchen, fridge, bedroom with queen size bed and separate bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and tub. Pets allowed as spacious securely fenced lawned area. Dogs can be safely left in the yard if you go out. I can check on them if requested. Unfortunately internet is not reliable.
