The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. Luxury five star apartment are two floors apartment approximately 70m2 in traditional old Mediterranean style house on 2nd floor with separate entrance. The apartment is fully renovated in 2016. The apartment is on the walking trail by the sea where you can easily walk to do restaurant, coffee shop, and bars. Nearest groceries shop and gas station is about 10 min. walking and 3 min. driving.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

A charming 4-star apartment with a garden and a panoramic view, located above the local port of Žurkovo. Completely renovated in 2022, located on the ground floor of a family house. There are beaches nearby that stretch under a beautiful promenade with numerous restaurants and bars. It offers a great place for swimming, jogging or long relaxing walks.
