Appartement rénové récemment, très propre et très fonctionnel. Lumineux et relativement calme pour une ville comme Paris. Il s'agit de mon logement, j'espère que l'ambiance que j'y ai créé vous plaira. J'ai toujours du mal à le quitter ! Situé dans un quartier populaire et très central. Il y a toutes les commodités : épiceries, poste etc mais aussi bars et restaurants, le canal et les parcs (Villette et Buttes Chaumont) sans oublier le centre d'art du 104 au coin de la rue.

Appartement d'architecte de type loft, traversant et au dernier étage (sans ascenseur). Très lumineux, aux matériaux et design haut de gamme. Un espace de vie entièrement ouvert en bas : cuisine, salle à manger salon (plafond cathédrale) et espace bureau. Et à l'étage une chambre avec un lit confortable de 16O cm. Salle de bain avec douche, WC et lumière naturelle. Proche du marché couvert, café et terrasses, parc, canal & transports en commun (métro ligne 12).
