Bus stop for the 30 line on the corner, that runs to LJ Shores beach, UCSD and Pacific Beach. Off-street parking. Owner lives in front bungalow.

I invite you to stay at our small slice of heaven. We Air BnB'd our last house 30 times all with a 5-star rating. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is located centrally in San Diego and the property sits overlooking a canyon with an ocean breeze. The space is perfect for relaxing and entertaining comfortably. It is not a party pad, however it is perfect for families. a 30amp electric car charger for free use as well. Also we just renovated the kitchen and master bathroom.
