Relax in front of an original 1907, huge stone fireplace and dine in the private, peaceful garden or walk 4 blocks to the world famous Cove, shopping, restaurants and enjoy village life.

A pagoda style private studio that is breezy with an ocean view. It is walking distance to the village of La Jolla and the world renowned Cove Beach. The house was built in the early 1920’s by a woman who did missionary work in Asia and was fascinated by the architecture. It is nestled at the foot of Country Club Drive in a quiet residential neighborhood and is very close to an excellent selection of bars and restaurants that are about a 10-20 minute walk away. Great location with just 400 steps to the famous La Jolla Shores Beach. You will love the location and the 1st floor easy access. Patio. Full kitchen. Stacked washer and dryer. Two bedrooms: king size main bedroom and second with convenient twin beds. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms. A roll-away bed is available by request. Portable AC in the living room. There is $250 pet fee. One assigned parking. We expanded parking spots 2 years ago for most car sizes: W- 101 inches and H-83 inches

Plus a new mattress (November 2024). 🔕 Please note: this is a peaceful property. Parties or excessive noise are not permitted.

Right in the heart of Pacific Beach, a beautiful newly remodeled bright and airy home with 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, private yard and hot tub under twinkly lights. Walk to best that PB has to offer: restaurants, bars, yoga, coffee. Beach/bay less than a mile away. 1-car garage parking. After a day at the beach, come home to enjoy the fire pit, jacuzzi, play a game of corn hole, or enjoy a movie indoors on the cozy large couch. Always fully stocked coffee bar with premium coffees.
