Tilly si trova nel paesino di Le Grazie, vicino alle splendide Cinque Terre, alla romantica Portovenere e alla meravigliosa isola Palmaria. Al 4° e ultimo piano con ascensore di un edificio privo di barriere architettoniche, recentemente ristrutturato. È composto da due camere da letto, ampia sala, cucina, servizi igienici e uno spettacolare terrazzo che lo circonda interamente. Posto auto in parcheggio privato.

The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

It also has a private garden, outside the building, one floor below.. The apartment is easily accessible from the center, bars and restaurants, grocery stores and the train station. San Terenzo is a nice little downtown on the seafront of Gulf of Poets. The renewed apartment is situated just 10 meters away from the San Terenzo beach. It's furnished in a functional and harmonious way in order to offer a welcoming atmosphere and a pleasant stay. There is private car parking. Nearby there are ligurian cuisine restaurants, shops, bus stop, beaches and marvelous esplanade between San Terenzo's and Lerici fortresses. It's the best place to start to explore Liguria and Tuscany.
