Outdoor cameras are installed. No cameras inside the property. In a quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown Indianapolis and IUPUI. Near all of the north side amenities including the Newfields Art Museum, Butler University and Carmel. Fantastic local eateries. Close to shopping districts. Close to Highway 465. Within 20 mins or less of several museums, Indianapolis Zoo. All major hospitals are nearby. It's a comfortable and private space with own bathroom.

Timber West Lodge Lindsay's Room

Spacious log home on 2 acres offers large gathering areas on the main level and patio. Lindsay's room is located upstairs, has a queen bed, twin trundle, private 1/2 bath with full shared bathroom down the hall, work space, walk in closet, & flat screen TV. This is our primary residence, most likely we will be here too. We do have 4 other rooms available if your group needs more space. Tea/coffee/bottled water/snacks available. Surveillance cameras outside for your protection and ours.

We have a large loft area, with a private full bath. It is the whole upstairs in my house. There is no door between the upstairs and downstairs. There is a comfy couch, loveseat with two recliners & a large TV. There are two California Twin Beds pushed together making a King size Bed. We have a stair chair to get up the steep stairs. We have two dogs and a cat & a great backyard with a tiny pond.

Downstairs bedroom is 1 of 3 suites available in the Black Blanket Farms Bed & Breakfast. Bathroom with shower is between adjoining rooms, one room with 2 twin beds and other room 1 twin bed, for a perfect group suite. These rooms are on the 1st floor, with access to other beautiful spaces in home and on a working farm property. Light breakfast is available. Pets allowed in this room for a fee.

Grateful Earth Farm Guest House is on a third generation farm which has the original Arts and Crafts home and barn. Peru, Indiana, is know for its Cole Porter Festival and Circus City Festival as well as Grissom Air Force Base and Miami County Museums. We are a mile from the entrance of the Nickel Plate Bicycle Trail that runs north 20 miles to Rochester and south 20 miles to Kokomo.
