Also has a full bathroom including a loft the offers love seat/twin bed and bunk beds with a game/tv area. Downstairs offers two bedrooms. One King bedroom and one Queen bedroom and full bathroom. The kitchen, dining area, and laundry room. In the backyard is a deck that includes gas grill and patio furniture. We are within walking distance to Rec #1

The home has its own dock, buoy and hot tub. You have access to a boat launch, 9 hole golf course, beach, recreation center, restaurant and sports courts at Lake Almanor West Country Club which is a short walk away.

This impeccably clean and updated cabin in the woods is the perfect mountain retreat! It features a completely open living space on the main floor with modern appliances, and a cozy woodstove. Enjoy the spacious back deck, complete with a hot tub.The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and set of twin bunkbeds and a small half bathroom.

Welcome to Riversong Retreat! Nested at the end of the road, in a quiet forest of Cedar and Pine, with some of the best fishing on Lake Almanor within walking distance of the house. The house is located in the little community of Hamilton Branch. The river flows right past the house into Lake Almanor. There is Four different levels of living space. The house is a short 30 mile drive to Lassen Volcano National Park. Take the hike to the top of a volcano for a great view.
