It’s a perfect spot to read on sunny days or have a glass of wine on warm evenings under the stars. The modern bathroom has a new rain shower head, tiles imported from Spain and a washer and dryer. Follow the pathway to the many restaurants, markets, and bars on Grand Avenue, with Trader Joe's and many other shops also close. Visit the historic Grand Lake Theater and the Morcom Rose Garden, and walk the picturesque shores of Lake Merritt. The home is walking distance to Lake Merritt and all the great shops and restaurants on Grand Avenue - one of Oakland's best commercial strips. 19th Street BART stations is a quick bus ride (10 - 15 minutes on the 21, which leaves less than a block from the house) or a Lyft or Uber ride away. Lyft line usually costs under $5 per ride from the home to any of the BART stations in Oakland. There is parking for one car available at the entrance to the studio. The Moonlight manor is a themed 2 bedroom, 4 beds, 1 bath shared (private upper floor) based out of a 150-year-old Victorian mansion in the heart of Oakland. Christina, the creative director and hostess recently had a son and decided open her home to Airbnb to support her family! With experience in Costume design and Stagecraft, we bring to you a themed hideaway experience! go camping indoors, jump back in time to the 1920s, or enter the world of Beetlejuice. Adventure waits!
