Large one bedroom suite. Extremely clean and bright ground level. Close to bus lines and 10 minute drive to mall as well as sky train station. Train will take about 45 min to reach downtown Vancouver . Very quiet and safe family oriented area with restaurants and grocery stores close by. Park with walking trails within walking distance. Pub close by, one is about a 20 min walk. Guildford Mall is a 15 min drive away.
