Whether you are traveling to a sporting event (Grand Park), a concert, or just to visit family in the local area, this home will afford you convenience and relaxation all in one location!

You will enjoy the private backyard hangout space with enclosed screened porch, additional open deck for grilling, and separate fire pit area to wind down. The home is located across from the Falls Park soccer fields and is within easy walking distance to Falls Park, Brown's Pool, and downtown Pendleton. Use of the home includes the use of the two car garage and has an automatic backup generator so there is always power. The home is handicapped friendly with many grab bars and large doorways. An electric vehicle charger is provided (J1772 adaptor required for Tesla vehicles).
