Charming apartment in Bellagio, just a step from the centre. From the principal balcony you have a stunning view of the lake and of the famous Villa Serbelloni. The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

Zwei 300-jährige Steinhäuser mit originalen Granitdächern — euer eigener kleiner Weiler, ein Steinwurf von Lavertezzo und der smaragdgrünen Verzasca entfernt. Hier ist sonst niemand. Direkt hinter den Häusern der Kastanienwald, gegenüber ein Wasserfall. Nachts hört man ausser Fluss und Grillen nichts. Beide Häuser zusammen; 300 m², insgesamt 5 Zimmer (davon 3 Schlafzimmer), 12 Schlafplätze, 2 Küchen, 2 Bäder, 2 Cheminées, 2 Terrassen und schattiger Garten — alles verbunden, alles für Euch.

Casa Müsu, grazioso rustico in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu è un grazioso piccolo rustico completamente rinnovato. Si trova ai piedi del pizzo Vogorno, a metà strada tra Locarno e le pozze della Verzasca a Lavertezzo e Brione. La prima camera è al secondo piano del corpo principale: ha un letto matrimoniale. La seconda è a dieci metri da Casa Müsu: vi si accede con una scala esterna coperta e ha un letto matrimoniale (come in foto) o due letti singoli. Si può aggiungere un terzo lettino. Casa Müsu ha un posto auto privato.

It is located in a quiet area of Minusio in the suburbs of Locarno, is functionally furnished and has 2 bedrooms (1x double bed and 1x bunk bed) and a spacious open plan living area with large terrace. There is also a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The highlight is the view over the Lago Maggiore and the mountains. The building has an indoor pool and a free parking space.

'Ungeimpfte" sind herzlich willkommen. Unsere Unterkunft liegt im Wanderparadies Verzascatal, direkt am Vogornosee* gelegen mit einer halben Hektare vielfältigem Garten und Wald. Stützpunkt für sportliche Aktivitäten wie Schwimmen, Kayak, Canyoning, Tauchsport, Bungy, Bouldern, Hochgebirgstouren, Mountain Bike und Wanderungen. Ganz im Grünen mit Sicht auf See, Berge und unzugängliche Wälder, direkt an Strasse und ÖV.

Atelierwohnung, naturnah, zentral, ruhig

Unsere Atelierwohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Tenero im Erdgeschoss eines neu erbauten Hauses. Ruhige Lage, da keine Durchgangsstrasse in der Nähe ist. Eine gedeckteTerasse und eine Liegewiese gehören dazu. Der grosse Garten mit Feuerstelle kann mitbenutzt werden. Es ist alles komplett barrierefrei. ID 860

Rustico Collina

Unser kleines, authentische Rustico liegt zwischen den Dörfern Contra und Mergoscia (ca. jeweils 30-40 Min. zu Fuss entfernt) im Weiler Fressino. Es eignet sich gut für 2 Personen (plus max. 2 Kleinkinder) und ist ideal für Naturfreunde und Wanderer. Einige Wanderwege beginnen direkt vor der Haustüre.
