Το σπίτι αποτελείται από ενιαίο καθιστικό- κουζίνα, υπνοδωμάτιο, μπάνιο και μπαλκόνι. Η κεντρική αγορά της Μύρινας βρίσκεται, μόλις, πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια.
