The open plan living space offers two spacious living rooms and a luxurious kitchen, flowing onto a large, delightful fully-fenced north-facing backyard ideal for entertaining amidst a stunning and mature garden (recently used to film a commercial). There is no rush to leave with checkout time at 12 midday.

Accessible by car and the Medlow Bath train station (a 15 - 20 minute stroll), the home is within walking distance of the famous Hydro Majestic Hotel (25 minutes) and Potbelly Cafe (20 minutes). It's less than 15 minutes drive to Leura and Blackheath. Despite its proximity to these historic townships and landmarks it remains a secluded sanctuary.

NB the tennis court is great for a fun game, but not professional standard, and the piano is very old and out of tune and not playable (other than for fun).

Craigend cottage is a bright, light-filled 3-bedroom house set in the leafy garden village of South Leura. The cottage is an easy 10 min walk to the village of Leura with its many boutique shops and cafes and a 5 min walk to popular bushwalks (Pool of Siloam, Lyrebird Dell). It is the perfect half way stay if you are tackling the amazing Grand Cliff Top Walk. There are many other local attractions nearby.
