Chi ha soggiornato in questo Rustico nel cuore di Roseto, Val Bavona, si è innamorato della Casa e la voleva comprare! Immersa nel verde con un fiume a pochi metri di distanza. Di notte il silenzio permette una completa rigenerazione e si vedono benissimo le stelle. La casa attualmente è illuminata con le candele! Presenta due stanze con 3 letti singoli, una piccola cucina a gas, un camino e una stufa a legna. All'interno della casa c'è il wc. All'esterno una doccia da giardino.
