Bragg, Fayetteville, Sanford & Southern Pines. It's great for reconnecting with familiy and friends. The open-concept living space includes a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and open living room. Note: Owners reserve the garage for personal use only; it isn't accessable to guests.

When Jeff and I designed this house we wanted to create something unique, something that reflected how much we enjoyed life and spending time with our loved ones. We've made soo many special memories in our "fantasy home" and now that we're "empty nester's" we are honored to share it with you!

Our space is in a friendly, small town in a quiet neighborhood not very far from the State's capitol, Universities, Hospitals, Fort Bragg Army base, and State Parks. Here you'll find comfortable, clean beds/ bathrooms, and a kitchen supplied with dishes, basic prep and cooking items. We are eager for you to enjoy your time here, so feel free to communicate your needs/questions as much or as little as you want via text or email. It is our goal to reply as quickly as possible.

Come enjoy a cozy and quiet stay directly on the Cape Fear River! Take in all the beauty of the backyard no matter the season! Wake up to a fresh cup of coffee and head on down to the river via a private bridge and view the sunrise! Spend the day riding the provided mountain bikes on the Cape Fear River Trail just outside the neighborhood entrance. The Riverfront cottage is centrally located to I-95 & 295, Methodist University, Fort Bragg, and downtown Fayetteville.
