The Milk House is a unique space located in the countryside, between Iowa City and Kalona. This 700 square foot home has ample parking and room for four adults. Centrally located, near a bus stop, bike trails and shopping, this spacious condo has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and an extra guest sofa bed downstairs. A dedicated workspace allows you to work away from home. Relax on the outside deck or sit down in front of the 65" inch TV to watch your favorite streaming service. In the morning, enjoy the fully equipped coffee station. A washer and dryer are located downstairs, as well as a two car garage.

Completely renovated one-bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Goosetown. Just minutes from downtown Iowa City and the University of Iowa. North Dodge Ace Hardware and the NODO Cafe are a short block and a half away. The Kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment also has a washing machine and dryer available on site. We also now have WIFI in the unit for your convenience.
