This house is a classic raised ranch on pilings. It has modern conveniences and beach-y decor. The location is great (2.5 blocks or 1/4 mile to beach)

A quiet street, our cottage is ideal for a couple or small family. Our family seaside escape for the last 15 years, this is not an impersonal rental property. Make yourself at home. Note that the house is a duplex, split down the middle of the house. We have wonderful retired neighbors who reside part time.

Welcome to our waterfront beach house—no extra fees & brand-new AC units in every bedroom and living spaces. 2 minutes to the bay & 5 miles to LBI. family-friendly neighborhood known for its views, cleanliness, & comfort. Walk paths near, bay beach 2 mi away, & a plaza 1 mi away w/bagels, pizza, a market, & an urgent care. Relax by the fire pit or take out the pedal boat—both included. 2 beach cruiser bikes are also avail for guest use (at your own risk). Event friendly-ask!

Historic renovated 1950 beach cottage 4th from the ocean. Open kitchen, granite, gas stove, 2 decks, dining & ocean breezes. 4 bedrooms accommodate 8. Outdoor shower, wifi, gas grill, beach toys, wagon, bikes, umbrellas, chairs, 6 beach badges! Please bring your own bed linens for 2 queens, 1 double and 4 singles. Professional cleaning service after each rental. Weekly rentals only from Friday to Friday during the months of July and August.
