Beautifully quiet 1 bed studio flat nestled in the village of Alphington. Close to centre & all good city links A38, M5, Marsh Barton Train station 10 minutes walk. The flat is located in a converted detached garage. There are beautiful walks near by. Quayside is approx 10 minutes. The flat is self contained. Bathroom & kitchen has all necessities. Upstairs is a generous size with sofa, TV, table & double bed. Please note - the stairs in the property are steep & may not be suitable for some.

This quirky wooden stand alone space comprises a double bed and is ideal for two people but can sleep four at a push as there is a double sofa bed. Situate in the heart of Devon, the flat has a kitchenette, combined living and sleeping area and a separate toilet and shower. The flat is reached via stairs and is unsuitable for people with mobility issues. There is a smart TV, DVD and music system but no internet. This space is non smoking. Garden furniture, disposable BBQ, toys are available.

Beautiful Large Studio in Exeter

This beautiful and cosy flat is a walking distance from Exeter centre and the footpath/cycling lane in the nearby river leads all the way to the Quay and beyond. It is tucked away in a little lane, on a ground floor of a small Victorian cottage. Left of the shared hallway, it opens into a spacious, light and warm hideaway with fully fitted open plan kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a lovely, private patio garden. This is a friendly, safe house and you can bring a well behaved dog with you.

The Cabin is a perfect destination for a relaxing, romantic, peaceful getaway located close to Haldon Forest. With its own private entrance, parking and garden the cabin is situated over a brook with enclosed decking area and wood fired hot tub. Open plan studio accommodation comprises of a king sized bed, sitting area, shower room, kitchen with 2 burner hob, microwave, coffee machine and larder fridge (no freezer). Use of dressing gowns and hot tub towels are also included.

A luxury, 17th Century thatched Devon bolt-hole on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. Renovated in 2018, this two person cottage oozes character and charm, while being a true luxury getaway. There's a spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a cosy TV room with woodburner, a well equipped kitchen and a light, sunny dining room for enjoying the countryside views. A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

Ideal for country and city break

A large, comfortable room with country views, 10 minutes from Exeter city centre. Dartmoor and the south coast are within a 30 minute drive. Entered via its own front door and a spiral staircase, the room boasts a shower, super king size bed and free parking. There are tea and coffee making facilities, a microwave and fridge. This is an equestrian property and there are horses and large dogs around. For this reason we consider it unsuitable for small children.
