Kefalonia Stone Villas consists of three(3)luxury villas: Villa Petros Kefalonica I Villa Trapezaki Tranquility & Villa Trapezaki Retreat. Specifically, Villa Trapezaki Retreat is a Brand-New(2024)state-of-the-art stone made villa offering a great many amenities a modern villa can offer.The 73 m2 Villa Trapezaki Retreat can accommodate up to three guests in one bedroom with en - suite bathroom, one sofa & arm chair in the living room. An extra shared bathroom is available at the ground floor.

The Sun & The Moon Luxury Maisonette

The house itself is exceptionally finished in neutral tones throughout with high end furniture and is designed around 2 levels. The ground floor area comprises a large open plan lounge, fully fitted Italian kitchen with breakfast bar & dining area, and a WC. A feature spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where there is located a small office/desk area to the landing. There are 2 double bedrooms on this 1st floor, serviced by a family bathroom and benefiting from large wardrobe fittings.

Unique Cottage

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈
