The mountain is also home to several vineyards and breweries, a distillery, many many restaurants and cafes, a host of curiosity shops and two farmer and craft markets each month. The mountain caters for those who love nature with many bush walking tracks. It is also the gateway to O’Reillys, Lamington and Binna Burra national parks. Sunset on Handglider Hill over looking Canunga with a glass of wine in hand is not to be missed. This architect-designed house is set on a 1.5-acre property near Mount Tamborine. The area's red volcanic soil and good rainfall ensure a lush environment for a wide range of birds. The area is also home to vineyards, breweries, and many restaurants.

This beautifully renovated Camp Wagon complete with bogies sits on 4 acres with Canungra creek frontage approx 1 km from town With a fully equipped kitchen, original copper water tank , beautiful timber floors and lovely arched ceiling it has a comfy queen bed, smart TV and air conditioning. Outside a few steps down is a characterful private ensuite, fire pit with seating, bird baths, water feature in lovely lush surrounds . Beautiful views of mountains, countryside , birds and wildlife.

A rustic studio attached to the family home, with its own entrance. Refresh with a complimentary cheese board. Enjoy the plant filled space where you can enjoy a breakfast of fresh bread, eggs, cereal, milk, butter, jam, honey & coffee. At night light the fireplace with the wood provided. Take the picnic basket and rug provided, & explore the Mountain. We are located on the Main Road leading into Gallery Walk. If you are sensitive to road noise we might not be the perfect place for you.

This location gives access to O'Reilly's Rainforest, Tamborine Mountain, wineries and scenic rim attractions. This cottage will be home away from home.

Gilston Orchard is a rural property 9 kilometres along the Nerang Beaudesert/Murwillumbah Rd from Nerang. We are at walking distance from Hinze Dam with its View Cafe open each day. Easy access to the Gold Coast glitter strip, beaches, and theme parks. Also easy access to Binnaburra (O'Reillys), Springbrook, Beechmont, Mt Tamborine plus further out West to Canungra, Beaudesert etc. This is a nice spot from which to bike ride with a mountain bike track just across the dam wall.
