Enjoy a comfortable stay in this newly built, fully accessible and step-free self contained flat. It has off street parking but is just 500m from all the cafes and restaurants in Jackson Street, or about 800m from a stroll along the beach. Well situated for public transport: buses in Jackson Street to Lower Hutt and Wellington, and just 1.1 km to Petone train station. Tucked away in Waterloo, 5min walk to Open Polytechnic, our private guest studio is cosy & comfy. Your own entrance & outdoor area in the trees & native bird life. A very comfortable king bed, ensuite bathroom (shower has great pressure!) & everything you’ll need to make a cuppa or heat dinner in the microwave. 2 minute walk to Riverside Drive, Waiwhetu stream & Te Whiti Park. Our self-contained, studio apartment is on a quiet street facing the Waiwhetu stream. The space has queen size bed with high quality linen & a heat pump to keep you comfortable all year around. Things to do Walking/running & cycling. (Te Whiti Riser) coffee shops, Mall. (see overview for more) There is a functional kitchen, with oven & all cooking equipment. Own driveway, very safe. The area a is ideal for those needing to work or check in with work. 10 min walk to Woburn train station.

If you prefer to cook inside, a fully equipped kitchen is provided There is a self contained studio off the rear of the driveway. The studio has no access the cottage or its private deck and garden.
