Coastal Queens Place Hostel - Work Away Room

Coastal Queens Hostel is run by a not-for-profit board and members. Our building, originally an elementary school, has been turned into a community space we are keeping alive with endeavours such as this hostel. We are located in the beautiful town of Port Mouton on the South Shore of Nova Scotia, home to many beautiful white sand beaches and restaurants (seasonal) within a 2 to 5 minute drive. We are 10 minutes from the closest town (Liverpool).

The Thomas - The Fourth Lock

The Thomas is a two-bedroom suite on the top floor of our B&B. Both bedrooms have queen beds and closet space, and the master bedroom has access to a private balcony overlooking Lake Thomas. Balcony is west-facing and has a perfect view of sunsets over the lake. The suite also has a private seating area with futon and bar fridge, as well as a large bathroom with a jacuzzi soaker tub and separate shower.

The Stateroom, The Ship's Inn

Located on Main Street in the heart of Mahone Bay. On the waters edge of Mahone Bay Harbor, enjoy watching the sunrise over the Bay while enjoying a hot espresso or freshly ground coffee. There is an active ship building yard next door, fun to watch many people carry on the proud tradition of boat building in Mahone Bay. A perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and the sights and sounds of nature.
