Svi apartmani imaju wi-fi i internet televiziju, klima uredaj te perilicu rublja na koristenje. Udaljenost od mora i plaze je manje od 5 min pjeske, a od centra Malinske 5 min autom.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

Beautiful holiday house SEASCAPE I is located in Porat near town Malinska. It can accommodate 6 - 7 persons and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, spreading over two floors. In the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen with dining area, pantry and a toilette. Upstairs you can find one double bedroom, two bedrooms with two single beds that can be joined into a double bed, two bathrooms with shower and an additional toilette.
