Situated in a small boutique complex, this light and airy ground floor unit is walking distance to all that Manly has to offer including cafes, restaurants, Manly Train station, the Manly Marina, boutiques and shops, as well as 10km of walking and bike paths along the Esplanade from Wynnum to Lota. There is a private courtyard/patio area solely for you to enjoy as well as the pool shared by the complex.

This private apartment like space has just been totally renovated and has a private entry with direct access to the pool and plenty of balcony space overlooking the marinas of Manly. Any closer to the waterfront and you'd be swimming. It's fully fitted out for a longer term stay if required. The Manly Village centre is very close but far enough away to be out of earshot. Walking to the centre is via the harbour wall, a peaceful stroll with yachts and power boats less than 50 metres away.

My place is a lovely private flat and is detached from the main house. There is public transport to the city at the end of the street. The airport is approx. 20 mins drive, 30 mins to the city, and the Wynnum/Manly Esplanade is only 7 mins away. My place is private, is in a convenient location and the quiet, leafy neighbourhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. I do not accept children under 12 because of the pool. Off street parking is available.
