Ubicado a unos pasos del mar sobre la avenida principal Miguel Aleman, en la zona hotelera, muy cerca de la zona de restaurantes, bares, antros, centro comercial y tiendas para abastecerse. Ingreso con chapa electronica, y estacionamiento.

The apartment has a great balcony that allows natural sunlight to come into the place freely, with great ventilation and view to the bay. In addition, you have free WiFi and a large parking area. The area is very safe and quite, ideal for families with children. The pool is accessible by all the guests and has a small extension for Children to play safely. The entrance to the apartment can be done by yourself, as there is a combination lock in the entrance of the apartment for self check-in.

Departamento de 1 recamara para hasta 4 personas con A/C, por día, semana o mes. Cuenta con cocina, sala, comedor, televisión con cable, internet de alta velocidad ( fibra óptica) baño completo, está a solo 50 metros del acceso a la playa y cerca de restaurantes. Todos los servicios incluidos, también contamos con servicio de lavandería y renta de bicicletas. El dpto. Cuenta con una sombrilla para 2 personas y sillas para la playa 🏝️ No contamos con servicio de alberca.

La amplitud de la casa te sorprenderá desde tu llegada. Ubicada dentro de Club Santiago, una zona segura y tranquila. Rodeada de abundantes áreas verdes, para observar y/o convivir con distintas especies de fauna local. El acceso a la playa está a menos de 1 minuto caminando. Disfruta todo el año de la alberca privada para uso exclusivo de los huéspedes y del aire acondicionado dentro de la casa. Somos Pet-Friendly (Máximo 2 perros talla pequeña).

Condo is ideal for two people, surroundings are beautiful just 3 blocks away forth beach. It is a peaceful, nice area.There are convenience stores nearby. Our condo is a two floors department con own terrace and jacuzzi. We offer wifi and cable services. Our department is on first building on the left , on the fourth floor. Number 11. We have a self check in (out) service. There is a small mailbox to pick and leave the keys.
