Besides the two apartments, the villa houses an additional flat occupied by the owners during the summer. Designed with outdoor living in mind, these two apartments boast large, private terraces equipped to relax on, which can be lit up at night, and a shared pool framed by a well kept, lawned garden.

The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.
