Cosy up and unwind, or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool and sauna, explore the gardens, collect some farm fresh eggs, feed the sheep or just chill. Delightful spot for kids with friendly cat and two dogs.

There is not a full kitchen within the apartment but there is an outdoor BBQ area in the large backyard which also gives plenty of space to store items and let the kids play!
