Apartment created with lots of love and attention to the little things. 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped. Comfortably accomodates 4 people. All used materials are high quality. Wall decoration, decorative objects made by hand. Bus stop and subway station are nearby, 3-5 minutes away. You can reach the city center in 7-10 minutes.

The apartment is just a short walk (10 minutes) from the 20 January Metro Station, it’s only 4 stops away from the historic Old City. Perfect for couples or small families, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to 3 people. The living room is bright and airy with plenty of natural light, and the kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials.

The famous Old City (Iceri Sheher) Metro is just 400 meters away. Less than 200 meters away is one of the Old City entrances, you can see it from the balcony:) Almost all sightseeings are there. The Fountain Square on Torgovi and Fountain Square is in just 9 minutes walking distance:)

Nice and comfortable place.. It located near Baku- Khirdalan city. This area is not touristic place. But you can go to the center of Baku by train, by bus, by taxi. In front of apartment has bus station. Transport it is easy. There is market 7/24 under building. ❗️sometimes have some problems with water and electricity in Khirdalan city. Please think again))
