Außerdem befinden sich im gemeinschaftlichen genutzten Garten Sonnenliegen und ein Grill. Ein Abstellplatz für Ihr Auto wird zur Verfügung gestellt.

Villa Bilen is a charming villa in Medulin, near Pula, set in a peaceful countryside location, only 2 km from the beautiful sand beach. In its nicely decorated interior can accommodate 4+2 guests. Interior retains plenty of rustic charm with traditional wooden beams. Villa is totally enclosed in a big private garden, surrounded by nature, olive groves and orchards. Agnese is few steps from the apartments. Post office, cafe, bakery, restaurants, friseur are 200m distant. Bijeca sandy beach is 1,1 km from the apartments.

Naš komforan smještaj je prikladan za opuštajući odmor s pogledom na more. Smještaj se nalazi na mirnoj lokaciji bez prometa, udaljen jedva 60 metara od mora. Uvala ispred kuće je prikladna za sidrenje čamaca, kanua i surfova. Najbliže plaže su udaljene 10 minuta pješice. Zaštićeni park prirode Kamenjak je udaljen 10 km autom ili 3 nautičke milje čamcem.
