Jenson Cottage is stylishly & luxuriously furnished with antiques and paintings. It has its own Hot tub. The cottage stands in the grounds of the country house and has a private courtyard with a hot tub. It benefits from beautiful views in a peaceful village location, ideally located for Malton, York and surrounding areas. Sleeping up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children, this cottage has everything you need for a memorable experience.To the side is Morgan Cottage that can sleep unto 6 adults.

The Hayloft at Bainton - 2 bedroom cottage.

The Hayloft provides self catering holiday cottage accommodation fitted out to a high standard. The property is located in the pretty little village of Bainton situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds close to many tourist destinations such as Beverley, Hull, York and the east coast. The cottage has a private gravelled garden area with outdoor furniture, set within one acre of private land and includes off road parking. We welcome two well behaved dogs but they must not be left unattended.

You’ll be 7 minutes away from artisanal food producers in the market town of Malton (known as Yorkshire's Food Capital) and ideally located for exploring the Yorkshire Wolds (2 miles), Howardian Hills (10 miles), York (17 miles) & Beaches (27 miles).

A perfect base for biking , walking or visiting Castle Howard, the North Yorkshire moors , East coast or York.

Enjoy your morning coffee in the warmth of Woodpeckers Cottage, Silpho as you watch the winter sun rise over the sea. Enjoy time with your dog in the fully fenced field, as the warm morning mist rises from the dewy grass. Take in the far-reaching views and watch deer graze in nearby fields. Take the scenic drive to dog-friendly beaches for refreshing winter walks in the salty air. Beautifully renovated 300 year old Mill House, cosy cottage feel on our working farm on the edge of the Wolds. A perfect cottage for two, tasteful and spacious bedroom with on suite bathroom. Snug living and dinning area with warm log effect stove, original exposed beams and all the facilities. Easy access to York, North York Moors, National Park and coast. A short drive from many wonderful attractions and activities. We are unable to take short breaks in July and August .

Charlotte Cottage

The grade 2 listed 'Charlotte Cottage' is the first in the run of former servants cottages. This beautiful limestone built cottage has an open plan kitchen and lounge with glazed door that opens on to a patio with table, chairs and a BBQ. Beyond is Langton halls back lawn which leads to 20 acres of parkland for you to explore at your leisure. Located within our grounds is an idyllic waterfall- perfect for picnics. Please note this property is located on a NO SMOKING premises

Tinson's Barn

NO SMOKERS. The HOT TUB is exclusively yours! This barn is unsuitable for children. Please ensure that all guests are happy with the house rules before booking. Please also note that the property has slipper baths - there are no showers or shower heads (see pictures) Private area with seating and a hot tub. We are in the countryside but only 2 miles from local amenities. Pocklington is 2 miles, The beautiful city of York is 12 miles, the coast is only an hours drive.
