Basketball, pickleball paddles and balls, and boardgames are available at the condo for your use. We love being on the 3rd floor for the view and because we can easily store our bikes on the balcony. There are amazing biking trails all over, with access to the Bearclaw Poppy trail (our personal favorite) right across the street!

The complex is adjacent to the Wolf Creek golf course and a short drive to the other 7 in the area. It is very close to the Eureka and Virgin River Casinos. It is also next to a park with a playground for the kids, or a nice walking path for a stroll.

Walk in closets & full bathrooms in both bedrooms. lots of storage with a garage. Large kitchen, Dining room, Front room, and Laundry room. Heat and AC work great with a large sofa’s in the front room. Walking distance from everything. Cable TV with free WiFi.
