Enjoy this beautiful retreat that will provide you a peaceful and FUN getaway. Our home sits on one of the “fingers” of Wixom Lake and currently has a small stream running through (not accessible). If you're not familiar with this area the dams failed in 2020 but there is still a ton to enjoy on the property and the surrounding area. The home features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, separate rec room (pool table, dart board, bar, arcade, tv) BBQ grill, hot tub, scavenger hunt, yard games, etc.....

Our cozy cottage now sits on hundreds of acres of ancient trees and emerging forest on a dry lake bottom with a picturesque river running through it. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay located in Saginaw Township (not Saginaw City). Quiet and safe neighborhood close to hospitals, shopping and restaurants and a short drive to the famous Frankenmuth. All bedrooms are outfitted with queen size beds and comfy mattresses and four pillows. Pet friendly with fenced in back yard. This large pet friendly 2800 Sq/Ft home is located one mile west of the Saginaw Bay near Linwood Beach Marina. For your security and ours we have added outdoor cameras, but absolutely no indoor cameras.There are two golf courses with-in 5 miles and has several restaurants located near the Village of Linwood. Bay City is a larger city 10 miles to the south. The home has a large front and back deck. The home is on a main highway (603 S.Huron Rd) and is tucked away nicely behind a Billboard.

Cozy one bed, one bath cabin sits on the edge of the woods on our private lake. Adjacent to state land between Midland and Mt Pleasant, our cabin offers a convenient getaway from the day's events. Unplug and take a walk along the lake, enjoy some fishing, paddleboarding, or a bonfire before turning in for the night. Enjoy a lake view from the main bedroom. Close the doors to the living room to create a second private sleeping area on the fold out couch.
