Bring the whole family to experience a relaxing time at grandpa’s house. With 5 bedrooms, large living room, kitchen & even a back porch overlooking the countryside. Grill your food on the deck or enjoy making it in Grandmas kitchen. Don’t feel like cooking there are plenty of food places close by. WiFi, smart TV & each room has their own AC. Our house is right across the main driveway but you will have your own private driveway along with your own yard in a beautiful country setting. No pets

Half-Moon Cottage

Enjoy privacy in this beautifully handcrafted cottage with arched ceilings. The cottage is 2 miles from downtown Goshen - a vibrant small town with restaurants and shops. It's 1 mile from Goshen College, 45 minutes from Notre Dame and 25 minutes from the Amish town of Shipshewana. The cottage is beside a fruit, nut and berry orchard and gardens. It's adjacent to a city bike trail that links to the Pumpkinvine nature/bike trail. It's close to a train crossing (with whistle) and a busy street.

Lofty Spaces, entire upper level, 5 mi from town

Stay in our redecorated entire upstairs level with pass-coded private entry to come and go as you please. Queen bed in the primary bedroom, a double in the second bedroom. (2 cots can be set up for any youth). Full bath with tub and shower, TV room with Kuerig, microwave, mini frig, and back wood’s view. Relax on front porch. Short walk to Fairgrounds and Pumpkin Vine trail. Close by places to eat. Notre Dame is 45 mins away. Shipshewana -40 mins. 60 miles to Lake MI. 3 hr drive to Chicago.

It is  equipt with a fully stocked kitchenette, private bathroom, comfortable living space, large screen tv and office work space.  Enjoy some of the most picturesque landscape Northern Indiana has to offer.  We are just a 10 min walk from Stone Lake and have kayak rentals available upon request.  We are conveniently located 8 miles from Shipshewana and Middlebury, IN and just a 40 minute drive from Notre Dame.

We live next door on the property as well so if you need anything we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Brand new luxurious cabin nestled by the Elkhart river, 2 bedroom 3 beds , cozy, full electric service, heat and ac, plenty of recliners. Come unwind and reconnect with family. Seating on concrete patio overlooking the river and wildlife. Propane grill and fire pit, or enjoy the real fire pit down by the river, the best part of this cabin No TV, cell service is just fine if you really want to ruin your stay with technology lol.

The main residence is approximately 400 feet from the cabin. The cabin is secluded and yet close to local attractions, restaurants, biking and nature trails. The Cabin has a total of 420 sq ft living space with 280 sq ft on the ground floor and a 140 sq ft bedroom loft.
