The family house, Sunset Villa, sits in a prime location, isolated with magnificent views of the bay and neighbouring island of Šolta. It’s nestled in a quiet, sparsely populated neighborhood of traditional family houses of similar style.

We have carefully developed this home over the past 20+ years together with a local team of architects, builders and landscapers around fun and games while also keeping socializing, and comfort in mind. Past guests have referred to their stays as “We came for the sun, but we stayed for the fun!” We have taken the motto to heart. The apartment has been completely renovated to reveal the authenticity of the Diocletian Palace stone walls and provide the maximum comfort during your stay. You will find the closest public paid Parking just few hundred meters from the apartment and the Ferry port is a 5 minutes walk away.

Casa Bola isn't a hotel — and that's exactly the charm. We're creating a new concept of a boutique home: personal, peaceful, and entirely island-rooted. One restored stone house in a quiet Brač village, with its own pool, walled garden, and an arrangement with the village restaurant next door, the rarest amenity on the island.
