This house is located in a peaceful and friendly neighbourhood midway from Caloundra to Mooloolaba. It has everything you need at your fingertips. Minutes drive to lakes, beaches, shops and eateries. Glass House Mountain, Australian Zoo, Tree Top Challenge, and Big Cart Track are about a 20-30 minutes drive. *High standard of cleaning and sanitising

Relax in your garden retreat, a private oasis by the lake. Dine or laze on the verandah, watch the birds come and go from the tall garden trees. Walk across the quiet cul de sac to plunge into the lake - also popular for canoeing, fishing, paddleboarding - or to catch spectacular sunsets. Stroll the beach path to the surf, cafes, grassy picnic areas, kids swim spots and playground. Follow the bike path north or south or explore canoe trails. Canoe and bikes included. It's all at your doorstep!

Perched on the edge of the Sunshine Coast highlands overlooking the ocean from Mt Coolum to north Caloundra, you are surrounded by rolling hills and 166 acres of lush green pastures where fullblood wagyu cattle are farmed. Architecturally designed to capture sea breezes all year round, enjoy a spacious Retreat with 360 degree views, where nights are always cool at this altitude. Nightly rate includes 2 Adults (sleeps 4) and firewood each night. Pet fee is separate for extra hygienic clean.

House comes fully equipped with bar, barbecue, modern cooking facilities, 3 x TVs separate laundry with washer and dryer, unlimited WiFi & Fetch and all linen provided except beach towels. This Point Cartwright Beach house is perfectly situated in a quiet neighbourhood less than 200 meters to the beautiful Buddina Beach, only 400 metres to the Mooloolaba River and a short walk to the Point Cartwright Lighthouse & La Balsa Park. A few minutes drive will get you to the newly refurbished Kawana Shopping World and Gold Class Cinemas and only a short walk to local cafes and great coffee. Relax, shop, swim, surf and fish :) * Not a party house - quiet neighbourhood * No pets

A private new home, built amongst 35acres of lush bush, with panoramic views out to the coast. The house has 2 large bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 single beds which can be converted to a king bed if needed. There is a fully self contained kitchen, laundry with washing and drying facilities. On the large deck is an outdoor kitchen and ample seating and a dining area. In the main room are very comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater leather lounges set in front of a large TV and fireplace.

Rowan House, a magnificent three-level French-styled residence, is uniquely positioned high in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Perched atop Mount Mellum’s highest north-easterly point, the homestead commands spectacular 180° views of almost 150 km of Australia’s coastline and islands - from Noosa through to Brisbane. The restored mansion was Queensland’s 1942 “House of the Year” and is just a 25 minute drive from beaches. Original tennis court is refurbished.
