This tiny home is secluded on 12 acres, but close to town. Loft Just Off Cotton

This 1920s house has been converted into apartments and is conveniently located. It is in the historic district in the Avenues and it is one mile from MSU stadium. Two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom. Large vehicles may be too big for our parking area. Parking spaces are designed for standard size vehicles and we only provide one parking place on the premises. There is more parking around the corner

Lucky 13 Condo

One bedroom Condo on second level less than two miles from MSU campus. Unit includes all appliances, free Wifi, and free onsite parking. Vizio Smart TVs are located in both the den and bedroom. Newly renovated Condo Unit at Chadwick on Lee within walking distance to campus. 15 minute walk to Davis Wade, The Hump, and Dudy-Noble Field - home of the 2021 CWS National Champions. Across the street from campus, 5 minutes from the Cotton District, Main Street and many other Dining and Entertainment areas. 2 queen beds and a Queen sleeper sofa in the den.
