In the style of 'Old Bowral' the Loft is weatherboard, has raked ceilings, internal lining boards and sky lights. Hydronic heating , heated towel rail and underfloor heating in the bathroom keeps you warm in winter, while reverse cycle air conditioning maintains comfort in summer. Falls Cottage was built by a Jamberoo local in the 1980s and has grown in charm and character with every passing year. We have lovingly restored it with a country cottage kitchen, hand crafted interior finishes, a comfortable mezzanine bedroom and a deck and barbeque area to maximise guests’ enjoyment of the beautiful rainforest surrounds. We now have an EV charging station on the property . Type 2 , up to 22 KW an hr. Costs apply .

We are on 1.5 acres overlooking the Wingecarribee River, the village of Berrima and beyond. It is 1 km into Berrima where you will find cafes, restaurants and specialty shops and close to Bendooley Estate and other wedding venues.
