Our listing fee is what it is-no separate "cleaning fee." We'll always leave you with homebaked goodies, & make sure there are farm fresh eggs in the fridge. This house was built in 1888 but was completely remodeled in 2017 to update all the amenities and to revive the beautiful historical details. This house is situated on 75 acres of woods and farm ground near Lake Shafer in Buffalo, IN. It is approximately 10 miles North of Indiana Beach. It is secluded enough for a much needed get away but located close enough to enjoy all the activities the area has to offer. This house is great for families and for a couples get away.

Unique tranquil get away. Built in 1931 is a very authentic rustic cabin , full of love and gives you a feeling of what it would be like to live in 1931 yet a few luxuries for todays world. The cabin is small & cozy, queen size bed in bedroom, full size sofa bed , 2 small futons in loft that would sleep 2 kids. Sleep 6 if 2 of guest were kids or young teens .
