In a strategic position close to Florence and Mugello is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

Casa Melograno è un rustico in pietra ristrutturato con cura. Per arrivare alla casa c è una stradina in salita non adatta alle auto ribassate, dove i primi 5 metri sono per autisti esperti. La piscina dispone di terrazza e pergola in legno, sedie a sdraio, e ombrelloni. Completa il tutto un arredamento toscano con pareti in pietra travi in castagno e pavimenti in cotto. Casa Melograno dispone di 2 camere matrimonial1, con una cucina e 2 bagni. Un grande giardino privato completa la proprietà.

After 13 wonderful years of hosting on Airbnb, the time has come to close this incredible chapter and embrace the next. These upcoming 7 months will be the final season for MuseumSuite, in Jan 2027, the property will be sold and transformed into a private family residence. It has been an absolute honor and a privilege to welcome guests from all walks of life. This is a lovingly restored and very well equipped house with a beautiful terraced garden with private swimming pool and ping pong. The property also has a gym area and is a few minutes walk from a restaurant. There is a large living room and kitchen, furnished with interesting period country furniture and 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin rooms & 2 bathrooms, sleeping 6 people. There is a work out area in the garden for the guests to use and also a fabulous dining balcony set off the kitchen.

La nostra splendida e accogliente casina è situata nell'incantevole paesino di Tereglio nella splendida valle del Serchio in provincia di Lucca a 6km dalla riserva naturale dell'orrido di Botri e a 10 km dal Parco avventure Canyon Park. La casa si trova nel centro del paese, il parcheggio si trova distante circa 60 m. Presenza di strutture ricettive. La casa è un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare anche i paesi vicini come Barga e Coreglia, tutti e due tra i borghi più belli d'Italia.
