Nous vous accueillons dans un appartement situé au cœur du Quartier Montparnasse proche des jardins du Luxembourg. Nombreux sont les restaurants aux alentours. La Chambre est lumineuse avec un lit double( neuf) très confortable; Pas de vis à vis directs. La salle de douche se trouve dans le couloir et sera privative. J 'offre le petit déjeuner du lundi au mercredi , il vous sera servi dans la chambre. !!! Nous n'acceptons que les femmes pour cette location!!! Vous serez les bienvenues !

The Painter's House - BED & BREAKFAST

All the second floor is for the gests (55m²) : you can live in a place almost independant ... including 1 room with one double bed (or 2 individual beds) and private bathroom, and 1 artist studio transormed into livingroom with one bed for another guest (+ 50€).The bathroom is shared. Breakfast is served downstairs, in the morning at the requested time and is included in the price of the room. The hosts Erik and Dominique live on the second floor. There is also cas that live with them
