This beautiful large family home is conveniently located and ideally situated for events hosted at Fergus High School. One master suite and two large guest rooms are located on the main level. Also located on the main level is a large living room, dining room, an additional full bathroom, and kitchen with double ovens. Lower level includes 3 additional bedrooms and a large full bathroom. The spacious entertainment room is furnished with a sectional and dry bar with plenty of seating.

Enjoy a quiet get away as you visit Lewistown for events, tournaments and pleasure. Private ground level entrance with no stairs. Complete with a microwave, small refrigerator, big screen TV in private living area, Keurig, coffee, water and snacks provided. Hot tub is NOT available to guests. The Sunshine House has an aura of restoration! It was built in the earlier 1900's and was well known but in poor shape; but has been 100% restored and is now a safe, quaint and pleasant space. It is good place for you to be restored and replenished and to rest. We are confident that you will love the feeling of this place and enjoy the Sunshine House.
